All Rentals SA landlords have access to their own Rentals SA online portal. This secure site allows our landlords to access:

  • The current financial status of all their properties
  • All historical statements and copies of attached bills
  • All scanned documents attached to the owners folio
  • Photos and details for the property and tenancy
  • Financial activity graph
  • Activity summaries for all jobs
  • Full inspection reports with photos

Landlord end of month statements are delivered via the online portal rather than the traditional email method. All landlords will receive an email at the end of each month advising them that their statement is available and can be viewed from the portal. We feel that this delivery method provides better privacy and security for our landlords.
